At 15-50, we understand that our buildings are a long-term investment. We’ve created an easy-to-understand pricing list, allowing you to price individual components and customize a building that suits your budget and requirements.
We recommend printing this pricing list, pouring a nice cup of coffee, and finding a comfortable chair to plan your new building. Once you're satisfied with your specifications, email them to us or bring them along to our meeting for further discussion.
Pricing Overview
General Builds
- 1350 sqm Flat Roof General Build (Finished)
- 1500 sqm Apex Roof General Build (Finished)
Finished general build includes:
- Skimmed wall finish (unpainted)
- Platinum grey laminate floors
- Primed finish woodworking
Bathroom Options
- Basic Bathroom (Includes wash hand basin & toilet): €2,000 (fitted & serviced)
- Full Bathroom (Includes power shower, shower tray, wash hand basin & toilet): €3,800 (fitted & serviced)
Note: Additional running services and mains sewer tie-in will be calculated separately, typically estimated during the site visit at €250 per man, per day.
Additional Components and Heating Options
Additional Components
- Partition Wall & Door: €1,500 (for creating a bedroom/bathroom/store area)
- Additional Window: €500 (supply & fit)
- Roof Window: €850 (supply & fit)
- Kitchen (Standard up to 8 units): €4,800 (supply & fit, appliances not included)
Heating Options
- Under Counter Water Heater: €800 (supply & fit)
- Instant Hot Water Tap for Vanity Unit: €350 (supply & fit)
- Gas Central Heating: €4,800 (supply & fit, includes hot water for up to 4 radiators)
Note: Gas heating is only recommended for live-in models; otherwise, low-energy electrical radiators would be a simpler choice.
Labour and Services
- Additional Labour (Ad hoc work): €250 per man, per day
- Skip Supply: €450
- Debris Removal: €700 (when skip is not possible)
- Note ; skip & debris removal is not always necessary for example a simple 1 module building will not require altot of site work so a skip may not be necessary.

Additional Information
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
A booking deposit of €1,500 is required to secure your place in our schedule, This will be deducted from your first 1/3 deposit, see note below.
Deposit Structure:
1/3 deposit at the start of production
1/3 deposit when a shipping date is secured
Final 1/3 due on the day of fitting
Guarantee
Lifetime Guarantee on General Build: 30 years
Lifetime Guarantee on Windows & Doors: 7.5 years
Lifetime Guarantee on Rubber Roof: 25 years
We have over 25 years of experience with these buildings and have never encountered construction issues. Our buildings are built to a similar standard as timber frame houses, trusted by many architects and engineers.
